How to enter
Still wondering how to participate?
Complete the participation form and submit it within the dates. Check that your company and contact details are correct. Samples should be packed carefully and are sent at your own responsibility, the shipping costs have to be paid by the sender.
For 330ml samples, 5 bottles/cans are required.
For 500ml & 440ml samples, 3 bottles/cans are required.
For 700ml & bigger samples, 2 bottles are required.
Experimental beers or keg beers that are not available in bottles or cans can be sent in bottles with a draft label referring all the legal details including abv, bb date, lot number, and ingredients. Bottled under all the safe conditions predicted by the hygiene laws, to prevent deterioration.
Don’t forget to add the signs “Fragile” and “This side up” to your boxes.
Damaged samples will not be included in the tasting list.
Breweries, microbreweries, gypsy/nomad breweries, and beer companies are eligible to participate. Homebrews or products made for third parties (façon) like supermarkets, football clubs etc. can not participate at this contest.
Participate at the competition that is organized in the country where ‘meraki’ and ‘kefi’ are unique words!
Winners will receive their awards in hard copy, during the Event Night, low and high-resolution badges for digital/web and print. The winner’s list will be published on the Current Winners page and later on Hall of Fame page.
All participants will receive the judge’s feedback in a reasonable period of time after the Event Night, mentioned on the Key Dates page. See more at FAQ’s.

Total is without VAT, where it applies. Payment can be made instantly with a credit/debit card or through a bank transfer within 3 days. The account details are on the checkout page. Please use your Order ID as a reference for the transfer. There is no limit in participation for any brewery. Discounts can't be summed up in multiple orders.
